Is the practice wheelchair accessible?

Our practice is fully accessible to old or disabled persons or anyone with restricted mobility.

Do you offer a free consultation?

We are always willing to explain accurately detailed treatment plans and cost estimates and to assist you in correspondence with insurance or aid. Initial consultations and cost estimates are held free of charge.

Do you offer a warranty?

We assume responsibility for our work. We expect our delivered product to assume no material damage for a good number of years after fitting and delivery. Ask us for our guarantee.

How long will I need to wait?

We do our utmost so that nobody has to wait very long, and normally finish every session on time, but please, get your favourite book, tablet or laptop especially if you come as an emergency. Ask us for our free Wi-Fi Service! If you are in pain, we ask that you call as early as possible, so that we can still get harmoniously through the day.

Is WiFi available?

Yes. WiFi is available free of charge throughout your whole stay. Kindly ask us for the password.

Do you see children?

Yes. We have highly professional staff to deal with and treat children to the highest standards. From emergency visits to orthodontics (braces) we will dedicate all the time needed to achieve the best results.

Do you accept emergencies?

Yes. We see emergencies on a daily basis. Kindly report to us the emergency as early as possible in the day so that we will be able to accommodate you without causing inconveniences to other patients who have booked their appointments in advance.

Do you accept credit/debit cards?

Yes. We do accept credit/debit card payments from most major providers.
